प्रयागराज पुलिस ने उमेश पाल हत्याकांड में शामिल एक बदमाश का एनकाउंटर किया है। बदमाश का नाम अरबाज है। मुठभेड़ सोमवार दोपहर धूमनगंज में नेहरू पार्क के पास हुई। पुलिस के मुताबिक, वारदात के बाद से अरबाज नेहरू पार्क इलाके में छिपा था।
