राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (एनआईए) ने पिछले महीने उदयपुर जिले में एक दर्जी की दिन दहाड़े हत्या के मामले में मंगलवार को राजस्थान में नौ स्थानों पर तलाशी ली। आतंकवाद निरोधी एजेंसी ने उदयपुर में संदिग्धों के परिसरों की तलाशी ली। एनआईए ने तलाशी के दौरान डिजिटल डिवाइस (मोबाइल फोन, लैपटॉप और सिम कार्ड) और अन्य आपत्तिजनक सामग्री जब्त करने का दावा किया था।

यह मामला 47 वर्षीय कन्हैया लाल तेली की 28 जून को उदयपुर के मालदास स्ट्रीट में उनकी दुकान पर हत्या से संबंधित है। पीड़ित की हत्या इसलिए की गई क्योंकि उसने कथित तौर पर पूर्व भाजपा नेता नूपुर शर्मा के समर्थन में एक सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट साझा किया था पैगंबर मोहम्मद के खिलाफ विवादित बयान.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday conducted searches at nine locations in Rajasthan in connection with the ‘brutal’ day-light killing of a tailor in the Udaipur district last month. The anti-terror agency carried out searches on the premises of suspects in Udaipur. Digital devices (mobile phones, laptops and SIM cards) and other incriminating materials were claimed to have been seized by the NIA during the searches.

The case pertains to the killing of Kanhaiyya Lal Teli, 47, at his shop in Maldas Street in Udaipur on June 28. The victim was killed as he reportedly had shared a social media post in support of Nupur Sharma - former BJP leader who had made controversial remarks against Prophet Mohammad.
