While Dr. Shekhar and Lata are romancing each other, the impostor Raja follows them hiding behind the bushes trying to learn Dr. Shekhar's mannerisms. This song also sets the tone for the comedy to follow in the film.
'Hum Dono', starring Rajesh Khanna, Hema Malini and Reena Roy, is about Raja (Rajesh Khanna) who discovers that his face is similar to that of Dr. Shekhar (also Rajesh Khanna), one of the top earning doctors of Mumbai. He somehow manages to take his place, but discovers that even Dr. Shekhar has problems of his own.
