Lashkari Bhajia Center is a small street food stall in Surat which is famous for its tomato bhajiya. This place is known for the unique types of pakoras they serve. Must try the ratalu bhajiyas, the huge oval slices of skin purple yam, dipped in thick batter, sprinkled with black pepper, served with green garlic chutney, makes you want to say ‘su vaat che’.
