मंगलवार को मध्य प्रदेश के बैतूल में तन्मय साहू नाम का एक बच्चा बोरवेल में गिर गया था। 86 घंटे की कड़ी मशक्कत के बाद तन्मय को बोरवेल से निकाला गया। डॉक्टरों ने तन्मय को मृत घोषित कर दिया है। लगातार ऐसे मामले सामने आने के बाद भी प्रशासन बोरवेल क्यों खुले छोड़ देता है? इसको लेकर क्यों सख्त कदम नहीं उठाए जा रहे हैं?
