अब तक हलाल-हराम वाला झगड़ा सिर्फ़ मांस-मीट को लेकर था। ..लेकिन अब बात चाय-बिस्किट, नमकीन भुजिया, चावल-शक्कर तक आ गई है। यूपी में योगी सरकार ने हलाल सर्टिफिकेट देने वाली 4 कंपनियों को बैन कर दिया है। जो कंपनियां इनसे हलाल सर्टिफिकेट लेती हैं, उनपर भी FIR दर्ज की है। कार्रवाई के पीछे कई लॉजिक हैं। पहला तो ये कि देश में ऐसे सर्टिफिकेट देने के लिये जब FSSAI है, तो किसी और को हलाल सर्टिफिकेट देने का कोई हक़ नहीं है। दूसरा ये कि खाने-पीने की चीज़ों को हलाल और हराम में बांटना एक तरह से मज़हबी बंटवारा करने जैसा है। ..दो तरह के शक़ भी हैं, कि कहीं हलाल सर्टिफिकेट के नाम पर कहीं बाज़ार पर कब्ज़े की मज़हबी साज़िश तो नहीं है?..और दूसरा शक़ ये कि हलाल सर्टिफिकेशन के नाम पर कमाया पैसा कहीं किसी देशविरोधी काम में तो इस्तेमाल नहीं हो रहा?

Till now the dispute regarding halal and haram was only regarding meat. ..but now the matter has come to tea-biscuits, salty bhujia, rice-sugar. In UP, Yogi government has banned 4 companies giving Halal certificate. FIR has also been registered against the companies which take Halal certificate from them. There are many logics behind the action. First of all, when there is FSSAI to give such certificates in the country, then no one else has any right to give Halal certificate. Secondly, dividing food items into halal and haram is like religious division. ..There are also two types of doubts, whether there is a religious conspiracy to take over the market in the name of Halal certification? And the second doubt is that the money earned in the name of Halal certification is not being used for any anti-national work. Stayed?
