पाकिस्तान की फितरत का भारत को पहले से अंदाज़ा था। शायद इसीलिये विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने SCO मीटिंग से पहले बिलावल को दूर से ही नमस्ते किया। ..जयशंकर ने जो गर्मजोशी दूसरे विदेश मंत्रियों का वेलकम करते हुए दिखाई, वो उत्साह उनमें बिलावल का स्वागत करते हुए नहीं दिखा। बिलावल फोटो क्लिक के लिये पास जाकर खड़े हुए, लेकिन तब तक जयशंकर अपनी नज़रें सामने की ओर कर चुके थे। दो-चार फोटो क्लिक होते ही उन्होंने बिलावल को मीटिंग रूम में तशरीफ़ ले जाने का इशारा कर दिया।

The warmth that Jaishankar showed while welcoming other foreign ministers, he did not show the same enthusiasm while welcoming Bilawal. As soon as two or four photos were clicked, he signaled Bilawal to take him to the meeting room.
