जम्मू-कश्मीर में एक के बाद एक टारगेट किलिंग की घटनाएं सामने आ रही हैं. आतंकियों की ओर से जम्मू कश्मीर में टारगेट किलिंग का मकसद यही है कि 1990 जैसा माहौल फिर से पैदा किया जाए. इसी बीच महबूबा मुफ्ती ने आरोप लगाया है कि सरकार ने उन्हें हाउस अरेस्ट कर लिया है. घर के बाहर गेट पर ताला लगा दिया गया है.
