Supreme Court Rejects Arvind Kejriwal Interim Bail Plea LIVE : केजरीवाल की अंतरिम जमानत याचिका खारिज

सुप्रीम कोर्ट की रजिस्ट्री ने दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की अंतरिम जमानत की अवधि 7 दिन बढ़ाने की याचिका खारिज कर दी है, ताकि वे कुछ मेडिकल टेस्ट करा सकें। शीर्ष अदालत ने उन्हें 2 जून को तिहाड़ जेल में सरेंडर करने का निर्देश दिया था। शीर्ष अदालत की रजिस्ट्री ने यह कहते हुए आवेदन स्वीकार करने से इनकार कर दिया कि चूंकि केजरीवाल को नियमित जमानत के लिए ट्रायल कोर्ट जाने की छूट दी गई है, इसलिए जमानत अवधि बढ़ाने की मांग वाली याचिका विचारणीय नहीं है।

The Supreme Court's registry rejected Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's plea for 7 day extension of his interim bail to undergo some medical tests. The top court had directed him to surrender to Tihar Jail on June 2. The top court's registry refused to accept application saying since Kejriwal was given liberty to move trial court for regular bail, the plea seeking extention is not maintainable.
