Pure Milk Centre - a small street food joint in Ghatkopar is known for its innovative dosas like silver dosa, maggi dosa, ice-cream dosa, palak paneer dosa, pav bhaji dosa, Manchurian dosa, and a surprising cake dosa. The list does't end here though, they have over 100 varieties of Dosas in their menu. Their Silver Melting cheese Dosa had a simple stuffing of the masala dosa and was laden with melting cheese as well as grated cheese. Dosa is then finished off with silver leaf on top. How cool is that? It was just divine! The place is always too crowded so be ready to share a table with others.
