Today we cooking shredded chicken fry and chicken bone soup recipe in our village with traditional way. This recipe is one of the popular and different chicken recipes in Tamil Nadu and this chicken recipe called as Tamil is "Pichu Potta Nattu Kozhi Varuval".

After separating bones and chicken meat we use bones to make the chicken bone soup and we make chicken fry with separated boneless chicken.
