कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी की सांसदी छिनने के बाद अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जन प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम के उस प्रावधान को चुनौती दी गई है Supreme Court में People Act की धारा 8 (3) को चुनौती दी गई है
