"Surbhi slits her wrists and the doctor is called to attend on her. On the other hand, Sunaina's soul enters Simar's body to speak to Vikrant before she leaves for ever. As Sunaina is speaking to Vikrant, Prem comes to meet Vikrant but seeing them talk goes back.
Meanwhile, Surbhi asks her sister as to why did she save her as she wanted to die. Everyone questions her about the reason for her to decide to take such a drastic step.
