प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने शनिवार को उत्तर प्रदेश के बलरामपुर जिले में सरयू नहर राष्ट्रीय परियोजना का लोकार्पण किया. इसके बाद प्रधानमंत्री ने राजनीतिक संबोधन शुरू किया. उन्होंने सपा प्रमुख अखिलेश यादव का नाम लिए बिना उन पर तंज कसा.
