Sangeeta Bijlani was in the news because of the recently released film Azhar. We all know that before marrying Azharuddin, she was in a serious relationship with Salman Khan. They were so close that they were planning to get married and even their wedding cards were also printed. But rumour has it that, Sangeeta left Salman when she came to know about his secret affair with Somy Ali.
Salman Khan and Sangeeta Bijlani's love story started in 1988, it was the time when Sangeeta just started her Bollywood career. Sangeeta was five years older to Salman, who was 23 at the time. It is said that they both met at a Bollywood party, when Sangeeta had just started her Bollywood career.But a year later, Salman Khan started seeing Somy Ali from 1992 even before he properly broke up with Sangeeta.
After Salman Khan, Sangeeta Bijlani fell in love with cricketer Muhammad Azharuddin. He was married at that time but he left his first wife to be with Sangeeta. Unfortunately, this relationship too, did not last and the couple got divorced. Sangeeta Bijlani re-entered ex-boyfriend Salman Khan's life after 20 years but this time, as a good friend. Sangeeta Bijlani was born on 9 July 1960. She is a former Indian Bollywood actress and former model. Bijlani was the Miss India winner in 1980. She started her bollywood career with lead role in Qatil in 1988 and was one of the three female leads in the multi-starrer blockbuster action film Tridev (1989).she was star & lead role of tridev 1989 movie.
Sangeeta Bijlani is remembered for her TV commercials for Vicco Tumeric Ayurvedic Cream, though she did a fairly large number of print and ramp appearances.She was romantically linked to a number of co-stars and directors. She was the reason Salman Khan broke off with his girlfriend, Shaheen - only to later ditch Sangeeta for Somy Ali.
