Salman Khan takes responsibility for Jai Ho's failure

Salman Khan's much awaited film Jai Ho failed to create the Salman magic at the box office and only managed 17crores at its opening day. Salman who is known to give blockbusters just by being in the film has not been able to do so with Jai Ho.


Salman Khan took the responsibility of JAI HO's collections and said, 'The overall collections of the film matter. If the film gets a good opening, it's good. If it doesn't, nobody has failed but me. I could not perhaps get people to come and see the film,'


The actor went on to say that the reaction of the people watching it in the theatres doesn't match the film's collections. The star is rather confused about this.


Further analyzing the film, the actor added, 'The credit or the blame of the film should come to me and not anybody else. Perhaps I've failed in bringing in the people. We tried to do something different. The people didn't want to see the film. They expected to see a DABANGG, BODYGUARD or READY. They wanted to enjoy. Some people understood that this is not that kind of film and that it's a serious film.'
