Salman Khan Says Priyanka Chopra Called Up His Sister A 1000 Times To Work With Him

Priyanka Chopra left team Bharat in the lurch, when she walked out of the film just five days before she was supposed to start shooting for the film and though the makers later roped in Katrina Kaif, it seems that Salman Khan isn’t too happy with PeeCee.

Salman recently revealed in an interview that Katrina was always the first choice for Bharat however, Priyanka called up his sister, Arpita Khan Sharma ‘a thousand times’ saying that she wants to work with him. He also said that she had even called up director Ali Abbas Zafar to see if he can 'get her something' in Bharat and since Ali had worked with her previously in Gunday, they considered her.



He said that Priyanka opted out citing her marriage dates but even when the makers told her that they will work something around her schedule, she refused to be a part of it. However, now he is glad that Kat is a part of the movie.
