Salman Khan, who was accused of poaching a Chinkara at Bhawad near Jodhpur and another Chinkara at Ghoda farms during the shoot of his film Hum Saath Saath Hai, has filed a defamation suit of Rs. 100 Crores against a TV news channel in Bombay High Court. In the suit filed, Mr. Khan said a sting operation conduct by the said news channel regarding 1998 poaching Chinkara case was malicious defamatory. He wants the channel to be restrained from making public any part of that sting operation. Amidst all this, the channel claimed that in the sting operation witnesses alleged they saw Salman shooting Chinkara and later turning hostile. In a hearing held earlier this month both the parties have submitted their affidavits and told the court that they're working out a settlement. Justice SJ Kathawalla will hear the mater on November 18th. Must Watch!
