Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is known for his generosity.

He donated a sum of 25 lakhs to Aligarh Muslim Univrsity's jawaharlal nehru Medical College. The donation was made in aid of the children who are suffering from a heart ailment. Salman Khan's donated fund will be put in to procure the echo cardiology machine.

At UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav's Saifai Mahotsav earlier this week, handed over the cheque to Dr. Tabassum Shahab of AMU's Pediatrics Department. The cheque was given out on behalf of Salman's Being Human Foundation.

The Principal of AMU's Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Dr. Tariq Mansoor, is very thankful for this noble gesture by Salman
