गोवा में SCO समिट के लिए आए बिलावल भुट्टो जरदारी को विदेश मंत्री जयशंकर ने जमकर फटकारा. बैठक में खुलकर सीमापार आतंकवाद का मुद्दा उठा और बाद में एस. जयशंकर ने पाक विदेश मंत्री को आतंकी इंडस्ट्री का प्रवक्ता तक कह डाला. तो वहीं जयशंकर ने कहा कि जम्मू व कश्मीर हमेशा ही भारत का हिस्सा है और रहेगा. अगर इस पर पाकिस्तान से कोई बात होगी तो सिर्फ उसके कब्जे वाले कश्मीर को वापस लेने को लेकर होगी.
