Rollercoaster Ice Cream Works is a small outlet serving fresh ice cream shreds made on a roller from ice, milk and fresh fruits. They have a huge roller which is filled with ice & salt. The roller keeps on rotating and they pour milk , ice and fresh fruit pulp on it which then freezes up into ice cream. The ice cream is then scratched from the roller and served.
