पति-पत्नी के बीच तलाक के दौरान आपने तरह-तरह के आरोप लगते देखे होंगे. पति के भरण-पोषण देने से बचने के लिए अपनी सही इनकम नहीं बताने का आरोप भी इनमें से एक है. अब एक पत्नी ने ऐसा काम कर दिया है, जो तलाक के मुकदमों में आगे मिसाल साबित हो सकता है. एक पत्नी ने अपने पति के सही इनकम नहीं बताने पर उसकी कमाई का ब्योरा आयकर विभाग में सूचना के अधिकार के तहत आवेदन दाखिल करते हुए ITR दस्तावेजों से निकलवा लिया.
