He admits that it's thanks to the audiences and the team of UTV that he took the step of making this sequel. He talks about Varun Dhawan, and how suddenly he has become a huge star after signing 'Dilwale' and 'Shhuddhi'. He talks about why he chose a Vasai and Nalasopara dance group as protagonist in the movie. He makes it clear that for him, the art and passion for filmmaking comes first and not commerce.
