Mr. Sahay is a wealthy industrialist, whose business is to make tonic meant for children. One fine day, he realizes that his production is going down. When he investigates the matter he gets a shock. Mr. Sahay's three partners Mr. Sood, Mr. Rana, and Mr. Sethi have been inducing drugs in the tonic. Mr. Sahay's partners kill him and shapes the murder mystery as natural death due to heart failure. His daughter, Varsha (Rekha), takes over from her dad, and finds out that the three business associates have been involved in criminal activities.
