जजमेंट लिखना आसान है या किताब लिखना? इस सवाल के जवाब में पूर्व CJI रंजन गोगोई ने कहा कि जजमेंट लिखना आसान है क्योंकि जज का कोई पक्ष नहीं होता है, कोई ओपिनियन नहीं होती है, कोई पर्सनल इंटरेस्ट नहीं होता है. फैक्ट्स पर केस का जजमेंट होता है. मेरे हिसाब से सबसे आसान काम जजमेंट देना होता है लेकिन किताब और खासकर ऑटोबायोग्राफी जो मेरे बचपन से शुरू हो रही है, 1970 से 50 साल को कंप्रेस करके 200 पेजेज करना आसान नहीं.
