Rahul Gandhi Parliament Membership Cancel : मानहानि केस में सूरत कोर्ट द्वारा सजा सुनाए जाने के एक दिन बाद राहुल गांधी दूसरा बड़ा झटका लगा. उनकी संसद सदस्यता खारिज कर दी गई है. सूरत की एक अदालत ने ‘मोदी उपनाम’ संबंधी टिप्पणी को लेकर राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ 2019 में दर्ज आपराधिक मानहानि के एक मामले में उन्हें गुरुवार को दो साल कारावास की सजा सुनाई. अदालत ने राहुल गांधी को जमानत भी दे दी और उनकी सजा पर 30 दिन की रोक लगा दी, ताकि कांग्रेस नेता उसके फैसले को ऊपरी अदालत में चुनौती दे सकें.
