Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon will be seen sharing screen space for the very first time in Dinesh Vijan’s directorial debut ‘Raabta’, which also stars Jim Sarbh (of Neerja fame) and the trailer of the film was unveiled today.

Set in two different timelines, ‘Raabta’ is about Shiv (Rajput) and Saira (Sanon) and their cute love story, which has more to it than what meets the eye. A part of the trailer is also set in a pre-historic era, wherein kings and warriors battle with swords and shields, which has made us curious about the film’s plot now.

The sequences dealing with the pre-historic era is totally awe-inspiring with heavy duty action sequences and will remind you of films like ‘300’ and ‘Baahubali’. The chemistry between the lead actors is quite endearing and Jim’s smoldering intensity is something to watch out for in the film, from what we could see in the trailer.

‘Raabta’, which has been directed by debutant Dinesh Vijan and produced by Homi Adjania, Bhushan Kumar and Dinesh too, is slated to release on June 9.
