Asad is finally back in Zoya's life but it's not KSG
In the upcoming episodes, Razia Begum (Alka Kaushal) will attack Zoya (Surbhi Jyoti) with the help of goons and try to kill her. Razia will talk about having killed Zoya's mother 17 years ago, but unfortunately Ms Farooqui is unconscious to hear it. However, Razia will not succeed in killing her as Raqesh Vashisth aka the new Asad Ahmed Khan will rescue the damsel in distress just in time. Asad will fight the goons and rescue and Zoya.
We saw the first promo of Raqesh Vashisth as Asad and frankly, we are not impressed. The chemistry that Surbhi Jyoti shared with Karan Singh Grover was like fire onscreen. The Rakesh-Surbhi jodi somehow seems ice cold in comparison. Is it 'coz we are too used to seeing KSG on the screen with Zoya or does RV and Surbhi's chemistry really lack the spark? We could be jumping the gun and deciding too soon. So, giving them the benefit of doubt, let's wait for the first episode to be aired on January 10 on Zee TV and then give our verdict.
