by
The much-awaited trailer of PeeCee’s upcoming biopic on Mary Kom was launched yesterday (July 23)
Priyanka Chopra launched the trailer of her upcoming film, Mary Kom at PVR Citi Mall, Mumbai, on Wednesday (July 23). And she was looking stunning as usual in that white crop top with matching pencil skirt from Alexander McQueen. Didn’t she?
Also present at the launch were filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali director Omung Kumar and Viacom18 Motion Pictures COO Ajit Andhare.
The film is inspired by the life of five time world champion and Olympic medalist Mangte Chungneijang Mary Kom. The power-packed trailer shows Kom’s journey from a fighter to a boxer, opposition faced by her father to take up the sport as a profession, training with men, her fearless nature that made her willing to fight even men, her victory, marriage and so-called end of her boxing career, encouragement from her husband and how she gets back into the ring after becoming a mother.
