भारतीय रक्षा मंत्रालय ने 2.23 लाख करोड़ रुपए के भारी-भरकम सौदे को मंज़ूरी दे दी है। इसमें तीनों ही सेनाओं के लिए बड़े सौदे हैं और लगभग सभी स्वदेशी इंडस्ट्री से ही खरीदे जाएंगे। इसमें स्वदेशी फ़ाइटर जेट, लड़ाकू हेलीकॉप्टर, मिसाइलें, तोपें हैं। सेना के आर्मर्ड हमलों को धार देने के लिए नया गोला-बारूद भी खरीदा जाएगा।
