2019 में भारत में प्रतिबंधित खालिस्तान समर्थक समूह सिख फॉर जस्टिस (SFJ) ने खालिस्तानी नेता हरदीप सिंह निज्जर (Hardeep Singh Nijjar) की हत्या पर चल रहे राजनयिक विवाद के बीच कनाडा में रहने वाले हिंदुओं को धमकी दी है और भारत का समर्थन करने के लिए उन्हें देश छोड़ने के लिए कहा है. इसी बीच पीएम मोदी का एक पुराना भाषण तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है. जिसमें वो सिख समुदाय के लोगों से देशविरोधी लोगों से अलर्ट रहने की बात कहते हुए दिखाई दे रहे हैं.
