PM Modi LIVE: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated the third Vande Bharat Express for the country today, which is run between the state capitals of Maharashtra and Gujarat. The Mumbai-Gandhinagar Vande Bharat is the third semi-high-speed train in the country, and it will bring down the total duration of the journey by a fair margin. The first Vande Bharat Express, however, was flagged off on February 15 between Delhi and Varanasi with stoppages at Kanpur and Allahabad as well. As per PM Modi’s speech on Independence Day last year, a total of 75 such trains will be introduced in the country to connect multiple sections of the country. Also, the new train is the updated iteration, called Vande Bharat 2.0.

भारतीय प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आज देश के लिए तीसरी वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस का उद्घाटन किया, जो महाराष्ट्र और गुजरात राज्यों की राजधानियों के बीच चलती है। मुंबई-गांधीनगर वंदे भारत देश की तीसरी सेमी-हाई-स्पीड ट्रेन है, और यह यात्रा की कुल अवधि को उचित अंतर से कम कर देगी। हालाँकि, पहली वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस को 15 फरवरी को दिल्ली और वाराणसी के बीच कानपुर और इलाहाबाद में भी स्टॉपेज के साथ हरी झंडी दिखाई गई थी। पिछले साल स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर पीएम मोदी के भाषण के अनुसार, देश के कई हिस्सों को जोड़ने के लिए देश में ऐसी कुल 75 ट्रेनें चलाई जाएंगी। साथ ही, नई ट्रेन वंदे भारत 2.0 नामक अद्यतन पुनरावृत्ति है।
