प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने बुधवार को गुजरात के अपने दो दिवसीय दौरे की शुरुआत की.इस दौरान उन्होंने गांधीनगर में डेफएक्सपो 22 का उद्घाटन किया और गांधीनगर, जूनागढ़, राजकोट, नर्मदा और तापी जिलों में 15,670 करोड़ रुपये की विकास परियोजनाओं का भी शुभारंभ किया। 'पाथ टू प्राइड' थीम के तहत आयोजित होने वाले इस एक्सपो की प्रदर्शनी में अब तक की सबसे बड़ी भागीदारी होगी। यह पहली बार, विशेष रूप से भारतीय कंपनियों के लिए आयोजित एक रक्षा प्रदर्शनी का गवाह बना, जिसमें विदेशी फर्मों की घरेलू सहायक कंपनियां, भारत में पंजीकृत कंपनियों के डिवीजन और भारतीय कंपनियों के साथ संयुक्त उद्यम वाले प्रदर्शक शामिल हैं।

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday began his two-day visit to Gujarat. During this he inaugurated DefExpo 22 in Gandhinagar and also launched development projects worth Rs 15,670 crore in Gandhinagar, Junagadh, Rajkot, Narmada and Tapi districts. To be held under the theme 'Path to Pride', this expo will have the biggest ever participation in the exhibition. It also witnessed, for the first time, a defense exhibition organized exclusively for Indian companies, including domestic subsidiaries of foreign firms, divisions of companies registered in India and exhibitors having joint ventures with Indian companies.
