As you know, I'm all about a healthier mind, body, and spirit, so this spring I'm pushing my limits by challenging myself to 40 days of ONLY whole food, plant-based breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks. I call it #WholeGlow40 because the goal is to glow from the inside out!
