Anushka Sharma, who made her debut as a producer with the dark and edgy thriller ‘NH10’, revealed the trailer of her upcoming production venture ‘Phillauri’, which stars Anushka, Diljit Dosanjh and Suraj Sharma (of Life Of Pi fame).

Set in two different eras, ‘Phillauri’ is about Shashi (played by Anushka Sharma) a ghost who is in search of her lover (Diljit Dosanjh). The film also features Suraj Sharma, a 'Manglik' boy who is forced to first get married to a tree on which Shashi now resides. Following the ceremony, Shashi starts considering herself married herself to Suraj’s character, leading to much hilarious consequences. Going by the trailer, ‘Phillauri’ comes across as a bitter-sweet love story peppered with some humour.

The rom-com will hit the screens on March 24.
