Chicken Kebab recipe - My dad instantly liked this chicken kebab and he asks for more and this kebab is love by kids too as it is super tasty and can be eaten with out mess and kind of like lollipop
it is easy to make at home
Tangdi kabab
ingredients;-
Chicken leg pieces;-6
Curd - 1cup
Roasted chana dal powder - 1tbs
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Kasoori methi powder - 1tsp
Mint powder - 1tsp
Chat masala - 1tsp
Garam masala powder - 1tsp
Lime juice - 1tbs
Vinegar - 1tsp
Ghee - as required
Charcoal - 4 no’s
Salt - to taste
method ;-
Take a bowl add some curd, roasted chana dal powder, ginger garlic paste,
Turmeric powder, kassorimethi powder, mint powder, chat masala,
Garam masala, lime juice, vinegar, some salt, and mix it nicely.
Now add chicken leg pieces, and rest it for 1hour.
Heat tawa, put leg pieces, and cook it half.
And cover with silver foil and cook for 10 minutes.
Now arrange in a plate and put in middle burnt charcoal.
Add some ghee on the top.
Now serve with onions and enjoy.
