दुनिया के महान फुटबॉलर्स में शुमार पेले का 82 साल की उम्र में शुक्रवार को निधन हो गया है. कैंसर से पीड़ित पेले कुछ दिनों से अस्पताल में ही भर्ती थे. पेले का भारत से भी गहरा नाता रहा है. वह दो बार यहां आ चुके हैं और एक बार उन्होंने भारत में मैच खेला था. ब्राजील के इस धुरंधर ने बंगाल को इस खूबसूरत खेल का दीवाना बना दिया था.
