Recipe here: Stephanie Jaworski of Joyofbaking.com demonstrates how to make a Pecan Custard Tart. I love this combination, the sweet and creamy custard filling and the pieces of caramel flavored, buttery, soft-textured pecans inside a buttery crisp shortbread crust. It's great either warm or cold and you could even drizzle a little melted chocolate over the cooled tart, if you dare.
