पड़ोसी मुल्क पाकिस्तान बाढ़ के सामने बेबस नजर आ रहा है । हालत ये है कि पाकिस्तान का करीब 70 फीसदी हिस्सा बाढ़ की चपेट में है, चारो ओर तबाही का मंजर है । पाकिस्तान में विनाशकारी बाढ़ के कारण मरने वालों की संख्या एक हजार के पार पहुंच गई है । सौ से ज्यादा जिले बाढ़ से प्रभावित हैं, अरबों का मुकसान हो चुका है । बेबस पाकिस्तान अब अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुदाय की तरफ देख रहा है ।
