लोकसभा चुनाव का समय नजदीक आते- आते नेताओं के बयान चर्चाओं में आने लगे हैं. सुहेलदेव भारतीय समाज पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष ओमप्रकाश राजभर का भी एक बार उत्तर प्रदेश में चर्चा का विषय बन गया है. बलिया में सुभासपा की शोषित- वंचित जागरण महारैली में अपने संबोधन के दौरान ओम प्रकाश राजभर ने कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश में अनुसूचित, वंचित व शोषित वर्ग को अभी तक उनका पूरा अधिकार नहीं मिल सका है. इसके लिए आवश्यक है कि संपूर्ण देश में एक समान शिक्षा व्यवस्था लागू की जाए. अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने कहा कि लोकसभा चुनाव के बाद वो जल्द उत्तर प्रदेश को अलग कर पूर्वांचल राज्य बनाएंगे और खुद पूर्वांचल राज्य का मुख्यमंत्री बनेंगे.
