Hey Everyone,
Today we will briefly discuss the importance of Conditioner Washing. This process is also known as Co-Washing. These videos are very simple and basic, but I feel understanding the basics is essential for healthy hair growth. Please keep in mind the product that I am using in this video is what I like to use from time to time for myself. Remember to always use what you feel will work best for your own personal hair journey. I am here to share what I like, but I recommend that you continue to do what works for you.
**Co-Washing is a step you can include in your natural hair journey, but I do feel that shampoo is VERY important and still should be used for proper cleansing of the scalp.
* My current regimen consist of Shampooing, Conditioning, and Styling

I like to deep condition at least once a week and I will discuss this in a later video.
