संगरूर से सांसद और शिरोमणि अकाली दल के अध्यक्ष सिमरनजीत सिंह मान ने खालिस्तान की मांग की है. उन्होंने इसका फायदा तक बताया. उन्होंने मीडिया से बातचीत में कहा कि सबसे पहले, उन्हें (बीजेपी के नेतृत्व वाली केंद्र सरकार) जवाब देना चाहिए कि वे भारत को बरकरार रख सकते हैं या नहीं.
