मथुरा में एक दरोगा ने खुलेआम होटल में घुसकर एक युवक के साथ ज्यादती की. आरोप है कि दरोगा ने रात 10 बजे के बाद घूमने पर पहले तो युवक को गालियां दी फिर उसे घसीट कर अपने साथ ले गया. पीड़ित ने इस पूरे मामले की शिकायत डीएम से की है.
