Naayagi Shooting Spot | Fun with Krishna & Nakshathra | Behind the Scenes

Dancing on Naayagi Title Song, Nakshanthra Nagesh and Krishna, the lead pair of Naayagi 2.0 (as viewers like to call it) have immense fun with VJ Krishna. Nakshathra reveals how their track in Naayagi is so different that the hero and heroine get together so soon and faster than usually in TV serial stories. Observing that though artists are working even during the COVID 19 lockdown, Nakshathra highlights the difficulties faced by the technicians involved in the shooting while Krishna elaborates on the contrast between the characters played by both of them. This is the first time Krishna is trying a comedy character under the direction of S. Kumaran.

Naayagi (Nayagi or Nayaki) is a 2018 Tamil language family soap opera, a serial with daily episode, starring Deivamagal Krishna, Nakshathra Nagesh (earlier played by Vijayalakshmi & Vidya Pradeep), Papri Ghosh, Ambika, Vetri Velan, Meera Krishnan and Suresh Krishnamurthi. It is the story of Anandhi, heir apparent to a business empire but separated at birth from her parents who were killed treacherously by their aide Kalivardhan. The show replaced Deivamagal and is produced by Vikatan Televistas Pvt Ltd. This Tamil daily serial airs on SUN TV, every Monday to Saturday at 8:00 pm. Here is today’s episode.
