To me personally, dates are a superfood. Medjool dates are versatile and easy to add to your diet. You can eat them raw, in smoothies, stuffed, or as a natural sweetener in desserts. Medjool dates have a rich, almost caramel-like taste and a soft, chewy texture, I totally love them!
Try eating 2 to 3 dates a day for a week and your body will thank you.

And to my surprise, I was recommended to feed dates to my son who has been suffering from the sever seasonal allergies, I am so grateful to know that because for the past two years, my son didn’t show any allergies symptoms. Now, I was trying multiple things for his allergy so I really can’t say the allergies symptoms are gone due to dates but worth trying as lot to gain and nothing to loose by consuming dates.
Dates can also help with weight loss. Yes, they have fiber, but this fiber makes you feel full for a long time and it prevents spikes in blood glucose.
Furthermore, dates contain antioxidants They rid our body of toxins, boost digestion, and increase metabolism, which leads to weight loss.
I travel a lot. Most of my adventure trips include extreme hiking and I always always make sure to pack some dates. They give me a significant energy boost. Not only while traveling but even when I am at home, doing some yard or gardening work done, or in fact any work that can exhaust my body, as soon as I chew one date, I start gaining my energy back instantly. Many of you call me super women and I guess dates are the reason to keep me going and do more.
