Mutton Korma, A mouth-watering delicacy, An aromatic mutton curry with a combination of warm spices. In some parts of South Asia, korma is used to denote a traditional Eid al-adha dish of lamb.

(Don’t be alarmed by the long list of the ingredients, you can find them easily in any supermarket, and if you often cook Indian food, these spices might already be in your kitchen cabinet.)
INGREDIENTS:
Onions 3 medium sized
Oil. For Frying
Desi Ghee 1 Cup
Black Pepper corn 15-20
Cloves 5-6
Cardamom 10
Star anise 3
Black Cardamom 2
Bay Leaves 3
Mutton 1200g
Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Ginger Paste 2 tbsp
Yogurt 1 Cup
Salt to taste
Red Chili 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Cardamom Powder 2tsp
Paprika powder
Or Degi Mirch 2tsp
Nut meg(grated) half
Mace 2 blades
Garam Masala powder ½ tbsp
Water 4cups
Kewra Water 1 tsp
Handful of Almonds
A pinch of Saffron Strands
10-12 Cashew Nuts
And Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnishing.
