Actor Arshad Warsi says the third instalment of 'Munna Bhai' series is not getting started as the Rajkumar Hirani-directed biopic on Sanjay Dutt is yet to go on floors. "That (starting 'Munna Bhai 3' ) is an issue as Raju (Hirani) has to start the Sanjay Dutt biopic and it is getting pushed ahead," Arshad told PTI. "Until and unless he (Hirani) decides he wants to do 'Munnabhai' part three first and then the Sanjay Dutt biopic... If that happens then we will go first," he said.
