Monsoon is set to reach Delhi by Monday and has begun to yield its impact in Mumbai. A large number of trucks are stranded in Udhampur district as the Jammu-Srinagar national highway is blocked due to landslides triggered by heavy rainfall in the Ramban sector. The traffic police is saying that the road ahead is closed and it is raining. Hundreds of commuters were stranded near Aut in Himachal Pradesh's Mandi district as the Chandigarh-Manali highway was blocked following flash floods and landslides, officials said on Monday.
