Ingredients:
1/2 cup Flax Seeds Gel, Chilled
(see the video on my channel)
2/3 cup Powdered Sugar
3 tbsp Egg replace powder
(Video can be found on my channel)
1 cup mini Choco chip
1 tsp Mint extract
Green Food colors - optional
For the filling: I made Chocolate Ganache
8 ounces good semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
Cook the chocolate chips, heavy cream, and instant coffee in the top of a double boiler over simmering water until smooth and warm, stirring occasionally. Let it cool down and use it to fill the macarons.
