हिंदू पक्ष के मुताबिक़ श्रीकृष्ण जन्मस्थान के विध्वंस के बाद औरंगज़ेब इन विग्रह को आगरा ले गया था। वहां जानबूझकर मस्जिद की सीढ़ियों में इन्हें दबाया था ताकि हिन्दूओं को अपमानित किया जाता रहे। आगरा कोर्ट में आज भी इस मामले की सुनवाई थी। छठी सुनवाई थी, लेकिन आज भी मुस्लिम पक्ष से कोई सुनवाई में नहीं पहुंचा। हिंदू पक्ष साफ़ कह चुका है कि यहां बात मस्जिद नहीं, सिर्फ़ उसकी सीढ़ियां तुड़वाकर देखने की है, वो इसे वापस भी बनवा देगा, लेकिन दूसरा पक्ष सुनवाई में आ ही नहीं रहा है।
